I am...

growing a human

that the Dr. is "95% sure"

is a BOY.

Did you know?

Could you tell?

It has been 15 weeks now....

(Michemily, that's 3.5 months)

.... and I haven't quite been myself.

And good heavens,

can I tell the REAL STORY of Japan now?

  3. Fig, I thought you DID know when I read that FB comment! Brother.

And Amy, you were supposed to know two weeks ago...seriously.
(But we were both hoping for a girl.)

  4. I knew when you posted all those lovely pics of yourself in Japan. You have pregnant face. (Which is a compliment, by the way. Really.)

    Also, we can trade sometimes.

  5. I second Fig and Amy. I knew it and thank you for finally telling! Pregnant face is more tired and pale than fat or "rice face." :) On the other hand, I'm glad you waited to tell. Now I feel like I can be super excited!!!

And a boy? Seriously, they are so fun. In fact, I'm scared of having daughters because I honestly have no idea how to raise a girl. The whole "feelings" thing is beyond my capabilities.

Congratulations! I hope you told Gayle and Kathleen and Karen. They might die if you just show up at the office pregnant or with a kid without prior warning.

  6. I think pregnant face is beautiful. Honestly, that's the only thing I thought as I looked at them - "Wow, Rachel Edd looks so pretty!"

    That's the honest truth.

(Not that you're not always pretty. I just think pregnancy gives us a little something extra.)

  7. In closing (because this is the last comment I'll leave on this post, I swear), you cannot even know how much I love you for trying all those funky foods in your first trimester.

AND for eating sushi while PREGNANT. The horrors! Seriously, virtual fist bump going on right here.

  10. A boy?! All four of us were wrong?! I'll tell you what, if our children switched places in their heavenly line, and we get a girl while you get a boy, those children are going to be in trouble!!! Congrats again, beloved Morgans!
